UK based manufacturer of tamper proof security seals and packages, ITW Envopak, has purchased a new production cell for its factory in Sidcup, Kent. The production cell consists of a Systec 80-310 injection moulding machine, robot and a laser marking system. Sumitomo Demag was able to deliver the machine within 4 weeks of the order being placed, enabling ITW Envopak to continue to support the sales growth on its new product UNO. In addition to this, the production cell has allowed Envopak to double its output of the UNO product.

The Systec 80-310 has been in production for several months and has been producing quality product on a very consistent basis. We have been impressed by the new NC5 control system on the Systec range which has the facility to monitor all the production data remotely via an Internet connection, enabling me to have access to live production data, which is important on high profile product such as this."
